I would not recommend this company at all. Having continual problems with our radon system that hasn't been fixed and it is 6/13 and we have been trying to get resolved since 4/29. Today, they sent out Kevin, who showed up in flip flops like he just came from a barbecue. They had already replaced the fan previously, but the manometer was showing no suction at the sump. Kevin did identify resealing the pump cover better, however he said that he felt no air flow when we put his hand in the sump area to check the pipe. I said that made sense b/c there was no suction at all on the gauge (which I had also identified as dirty, which he said wasn't a problem). He walked the system (made of PVC) to check for leaks and then as we are walking out, said that he would send a person out this afternoon maybe, which I said we would need someone for a morning appointment. Here is when it gets crazy.After talking about the radon monitor, he wanted to see the monitor, which is about 15 inches off the ground. He became stuck on this protocol location of the monitor wanting the monitor raised to higher levels, which I responded the monitor is reading radon at the level it is at. If there are bad radon readings at the level of the monitor, then how is it safe in our basement (which is finished) if kids had a sleep over with friends. He then asked me snidely "Do you know the radon readings in their basements?" I this point i became agitated and told him I don't give a s??? about their basements because I am trying to fix ours. As he was leaving and we were continuing the debate, I said clearly there is something wrong because there isn't air flow according to the gauge (and his hand check). (He suggested a potential different gauge, but he had disconnected the gauge and checked it was working already. Plus, the radon gauge was still registering problems.) When he said he would send out a repair guy (which is what we had wanted today), I said we need to make sure that we fix the system and it is working correctly this time. As he went onto the porch he became more agitated and said "No one is going to come fix your system!" This is when I told him to get off the f off my property. He refused and took out a camera and started filming asking "Sir, are you saying you don't want us to come fix your system?" I told him multiple times to stop filming me on my property and around 3-4 times more to get off the property. I also told him in response "You just told me no one is going to come fix our system!". I told him I was going inside to call the police because he was refusing to leave the property and kept filming me when I told him to stop.You know this guy had the gall to even call my wife immediately and take a route like he did no wrong and ask my wife if I had a diagnosed mental instability.If you want service like this where they don't fix the problem, then attack/blame the customers, refuse to have anyone come out, then act like I am refusing them, even committing a crime of refusal to leave (trespassing) and filming on private property without consent after being asked not to multiple times, then go with this company and ask for Kevin.
