I first contacted Aadvanced Aair Radon in October and was given an estimate for a radon mitigation system fan replacement. I texted back several times and heard no response.Six weeks later a technician from Aadvanced Aair Radon knocked on our door, did not wait for a response, and went ahead and changed the fan. There was no communication from the company about anyone coming to do the replacement.The person doing the replacement did a good job and cleaned up after the install.I would not recommend using Aadvanced Aair Radon because of communication difficulties we had with the company.

I contacted them 9/25 to replace a fan in my mitigation system and they never did come after 6 times of contacting them when he said he would take care of it.

Very unprofessional experience when calling in to reschedule an appointment. The associate said I'd have to call back at a later date to reschedule & referred to my conversation as "comedy hour". Rude & unprofessional.

I would not recommend this company. They are not courteous and have patience to listen to your questions and felt rude with their response.
